These halters
are all hand made from strong nylon cord that I dye many beautiful,
brilliant colors, such as: dark green, aqua, teal, royal blue, royal
purple, royal red, scarlet, burgundy, white. I also make them in
pastel shades and black and brown. I can make just about any color
that you want. So, use your imagination, these halters are very
versatile!! The halter comes standard with 4 detachable tassels with
small bells on each tassel and one detachable tassel/bell on the
throat latch. The throat latch is also detachable. Tassels can be
either the same color as the halter or any different color you
desire. Up to three beads ( beads vary with colors) down each side
of the halter and 2 on the nose band. Halter comes with a matching 6
foot lead with chain. It also comes with 2 adjustment holes so there
is a small range of sizing. I can't make them too adjustable because
the beads and tassels would not be in the correct place on the
horses head. I prefer that the horse's head is measured so there is
a sure fit, but the standard adult size measures 34 inches from the
ring on one side of the head to the ring on the other side of the
head and 11 inches across the nose from one ring to ring. They are
ready for showing with nothing else needed. They are AHSA legal (
American Horse Show Assoc.). AHSA's only requirement is a throat
latch, which these halters have. Hand washable.
