Marcela Ospina
was born in Medellin, Columbia, and inherited her love of horses
from her mother. Through involvement with horses and art classes
from an early age, Marcela's talent developed quickly. At 11 years
of age, she had a life changing experience... she met her first
Arabian horse. Her passion for Egyptians began when she found an
Ansata advertisement featuring Ansata Halim Shah, who has since
inspired many of her works. She paints in watercolor as it gives
the piece delicacy and versatility not unlike an Egyptian Arabian. |
